INSULATED PANELS: ROOFS/CEILINGS

Sandwich roof panels are self-supporting, with polyurethane insulation PUR and PIR. Its design allows it to have an excellent structural performance, reducing the weight of the metal structure that supports it compared to insulated sandwich-type coverings made at the jobsite. Panels with polyurethane insulation, Steel/Steel and three crests or five crests for greater structural strength. To be installed with a slope> 2% and to be used on roofs and/or walls. Ideal for commercial and industrial applications.

Panels with polyurethane insulation, Steel/Steel and pre-formed tile type, to be installed with a slope> 15% and to be used in roofs. Ideal for commercial and residential applications.

Panels with polyurethane insulation, Cardboard-Felt /Steel and five crests for flat roofs. Ideal for commercial and industrial applications. It can be installed with a slope> 1%. This roofing system requires an asphalt membrane for waterproofing.

TRANSLUCENT ROOFS/CEILINGS

The translucent panel is a corrugated panel made of polycarbonate, with variable thicknesses of 8 to 12 mm. This translucent panel is longitudinally coupled to our corrugated roof panel, allowing continuous roofing.

Polycarbonate is resistant to U.V. rays, to strong windloads and to hail.

INSULATED WALL PANELS

Panels to be applied on a metal structure, fast and easy to assemble.

Panels for walls or false ceilings, with mineral wool insulation (100 Kg / Mt3), Steel/Steel and with fire resistance certification of up to 2 hours. Ideal for use as fire barrier because of its fireproof character.

INSULATED PANELS: ACOUSTIC

The Acoustic Panel with insulating characteristics is ideal for the absorption of noise because of its insulation material based on mineral wool (100 kg / mt3), which is an excellent phono-absorbent.

The Acoustic Panels, in addition to being thermal insulators, allow to isolate the noise of machinery rooms, as well as movie theaters, shopping centers, transport terminals and sports centers, among others.
